Midas is a platform for composable on-chain investment products. It enables asset managers to turn institutional strategies into regulatory-compliant tokens that offer full transparency, instant redemptions, and native composability across DeFi protocols such as Morpho and Pendle.

Our products are regulated financial instruments that are issued with clearly defined investor rights, on-chain transparency, and robust operational controls. Each product is managed and monitored by appointed risk managers, such as BlackRock, Hyperithm, and Edge Capital, with ongoing oversight of risk parameters and performance.

We build with a regulatory-first approach, ensuring compliance with applicable frameworks in Europe and globally, and work with best-in-class partners for custody, structuring, and reporting.

With Midas, Dennis aims to change that by leveraging blockchain to make investing transparent and available to all.

* **Romain Bourgois, Chief Product Officer**\
  Romain brings over a decade of experience in tech product development, leading teams at Criteo and later transitioning to the blockchain space with Ondo Finance. At Midas, he is responsible for driving product strategy, focusing on integrating real-world assets into DeFi and building innovative financial solutions.
* **Jonas Konstandin, Chief of Staff**\
  Jonas has extensive experience in regulated digital asset environments. He built out the Digital Asset unit at the European bank Solaris Group SE with clients such as Coinbase and Binance. At Midas, he ensures operational excellence, executes on the go-to-market strategy and focuses on scaling & regulatory compliance for a global market.
* **Greg Feibus, Head of Sales & Partnerships**\
  Greg has deep expertise in capital markets and digital assets, previously working at Anchorage Digital and FIS Global. At Midas, he leads strategic partnerships and helps expand the company’s presence across DeFi and traditional finance.
* **Jonathan Chevalier, Head of Engineering**\
  Jonathan, with a background in cloud-native architectures and blockchain, previously scaled Pegaki as CTO. At Midas, he leads engineering efforts, focusing on secure and scalable infrastructure.
