### **Independent Reporting**

Transparency and accountability are core values at Midas. To ensure that the collateral assets of mTBILL are managed and aligned with investor expectations, we engage a third-party verification agent to provide independent reporting on a daily basis.

#### **How Independent Reporting Works**

Midas has partnered with a regulated third-party security agent to provide continuous monitoring and verification of the collateral backing mTBILL. This includes:

* **Daily Attestations**: The security agents conducts daily attestation of the N**et Asset alue (NAV)** of the collateral asset. These daily reports are publicly accessible, offering full transparency to investors about the status of the assets.
* **Independent Monitoring**: The third-party agent has read-only access to all collateral accounts, enabling real-time monitoring of the assets. This ongoing oversight helps ensure that the assets backing mTBILL are properly managed.
* **Verification of Asset Eligibility**: The security agent conducts daily verifications to confirm that the collateral meets Midas’s eligibility criteria, which includes U.S. Treasury Bills and other high-quality, low-risk assets. This process ensures that only eligible, stable assets back mTBILL, protecting the interests of tokenholders.
* **Full Transparency**: Daily independent attestations provide investors with continuous visibility of the net asset value of the collateral assets backing mTBILL.
